In the construction building process there is a special carpenter that is called in once all of the utilities, walls, flooring, fixtures have been installed. Ordinary projects done by ordinary contractors will all too often deliver the project in this state but not so for those who seek to deliver excellence. There is a special guy that is called in to ensure perfection on the finished product.

Often, this carpenter’s skills and his attention to detail sets him far and above other carpenters who are generally considered to be experts themselves but they are not quite as proficient. They are so valuable finishers also are generally higher paid.

As a builder/ general contractor/developer, we know that the finished product’s look and feel will make the difference in how quickly your development will sell, be occupied and most importantly, for how much.

I’m reminded of the greatest finisher of all time. When the purpose for which He was born and called upon was successfully completed, His signature was placed on the job by stating: “It Is Finished!”

Jesus said “It is Fininshed”

When Jesus completed His Ministry mission of taking on the sins of the world by being tried by a court of His “peers”, beaten mercilessly to the point he wasn’t recognizable then crucified unto death on the cross, He, at The Father’s will, gave mankind it’s greatest gift since our creation: Salvation. NOW THAT’S A FINISHER! HE FINISHED WHAT HE STARTED!

Encouraged as i am as a construction professional and as an apostolic minister, i desire to be known by man and God as one who completes the building process and delivers a product where one can perfectly dwell and abide. I am even more so determined to Finish the work and purpose I have been created for by God and trained by men. That is in the realm of communications.

From a youth whose desire was to be the next Walter Cronkite and then Max Robinson, to my present state of determination to build a platform that advances the kingdom message throughout the world. The slogan I developed over 20 years ago-“taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ around the corner and around the world”- “Fulfilling the great commission through media” says it all.

Many years have passed since the vision and mission was given and became clear to me. Much trial and tribulation has occurred in my life since. The enemy of our souls has tried to overtake me and turn me back but because God has been faithful to me, I remain faithful to Him. Faithful to the call to advance this message to whosoever will receive it.

The best is yet to come!

Therefore, I recommit my heart, my hand and all I have to finishing that what He began in me. I believe the Word when God promised that He would complete the good work He began in me. The vision for GoodNews, a media platform that gives God all glory and takes His message into the world bringing His sons and daughters back home into His loving embrace.

Specifically, I present to the world- The GoodNews Network and The GoodNews Gateway. GoodNews is my brand and GoodNews in my message. In the beginning I prayed asking God to give me wisdom and understanding with the ability to fathom to see technology as it developed and how to use it for the advancement of His kingdom on the earth. He has been faithful.

I’ve studied the marketplace and have developed into a process certain key “Tools of Attraction” that lifts up the name of Jesus into the airwaves. GoodNews’ mission is to do what Jesus commanded- “If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto Him.

These “Tools” are various communications strategies, techniques and technologies that when properly and prophetically deployed, serve to carry the Gospel into every heart, every home and every mind.

Our mission is to seek to save the lost at whatever cost!

This mission is one that I cannot ignore or let die inside of me. In the days, weeks and even years to come I will pour out all that is within me to create, curate, compile to deliver information, motivation and inspiration to the marketplace. All with the purpose and intent to turn the hearts of the sons back to the Father.

I am praying that our Father will send talented, anointed, spirit filled communicators, administrators and executives who can see the value in developing a Christ Centered Communications enterprise who’s sole purpose is saving souls.

In this space I will share the vision and mission of GoodNews and how we can can labor to finish the work of the cross in the earth. We are in the last days and i firmly believe that it is the will of our Father to take command of the airwaves and present the Gospel and make disciples of men.
